Method 1:

Run built in Windows Store Apps troubleshooter

* Press Windows Key then type ‘troubleshoot’ and select the same from the list

* If it doesn't fix the issue, then re-register Windows Store by running the following commands in a command prompt window started as Administrator. Press Windows key + X and select Command prompt(Admin) then copy paste the below commands without quotes and hit Enter:

Once you're done with the procedure, try to launch Windows Store to check if you are able to install Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
