·We would like to know if you receive any error message or error code when trying to play the game.

Please check for any error message or error code in event viewer. Steps to follow:

i.Click Start, in the search box type in Event viewer

ii.In event viewer windows, expand Windows logo

iii.Select Application and check.

If you have any error code or error message please reply back to help us troubleshoot better.

·What is the option you are selecting in compatibility tab while installing the game?

Try installing the game normally, as the game is compatible with windows 7 and check if it helps.

To assist you better, please answer to the below questions.
1. Did you get any error message when you run the program?
2. Have you updated the graphic drivers?
If not, try updating the Display drivers and check.

• Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter and Select Graphic.
• Right-click on Graphic and click on Update driver software.
• Restart the computer and check.
3. Have you installed all the windows updates on your computer?
If not, I suggest you to install all the updates on your computer and check if you can run the game.
• Click on search bar, type Windows Update.
• Select Check for Update.
• Download and Install the latest Windows Updates.
