Stage Plot Template Four Piece

Does anyone use or have a stage-plot template? Something universally understood?

Im going out as a utility tech with a band later this month. They normally tell the sound guy upon arrival about their setup. I want to start providing a plot in advance. I know different guys and gals use different methods, symbols, abbreviations, and shapes concerning their plotting, so I wonder if there is a universal standard plot style I should follow or if there's a template that everyone uses I should be aware of?
